Life is not always a smooth ride. There are obstacles that we do not always plan for in advance. The between the hectic days and the "so exhausted all I want is a nap" days, it is important to have time and space for you to decompress.

For Chantelle and I, we love giving you the space, tools, and support you need to tackle the chaos of life. We know that creativity, play, personal expression, mindfulness, and encouraging words can be the difference between managing stress and stress managing you. Chantelle's work in cosmetology has shown her the value in loving the way you look. While my work in counseling and art therapy has demonstrated the importance of expressing how you feel. Our combined studies of yoga philosophy and practice taught us how important it is to appreciate the moment, respect your limits, and connect to your spiritual self.

We welcome you to our space and are happy to help you grow with us. When we work together, amazing things can happen. We want to transform people from feeling as if they are barely making it by to feeling confident in their ability to take on the next challenge life brings.
