Yoga at B3

It All Started With Yoga

B3's anchor has always been our dedication to providing quality, informative, beginner-friendly yoga classes that honor and respect the culture we take yoga from. Our classes include yoga postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana). It's not about touching your toes — yoga can help you stretch deeper, recover from other exercises, improve breathing to reduce stress, and build mindfulness skills to ease anxiety.

Vinyasa Yoga

Beginner-friendly flow class. Mornings on Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu and Sun evenings. Led by Chantelle, Billy, Christian, Sara, or Ryan.

Yin Yoga with Sound Bath

Tuesday evenings, 7:30 pm. Brittany leads a deep recovery practice with crystal sound bath and weighted blanket savasana.

Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath

Sunday evenings, 7:15 pm. Led by Ryan — the most gentle class on the schedule, designed for deep nervous system rest.

Group Fitness

Sweat. Dance. Burn. Repeat.

Wellness comes in many forms, and without a well-rounded response to it we won't get as far as we want. Our dance fit — Zumba and MIXXEDFit — will have you sweating and shaking off pounds in no time. Our 30- and 40-minute HIIT, Circuit HIIT, and Resistance Band Jam classes are beginner-friendly and a lot of fun.

High-energy dance fitness format. Monday evenings and Friday evenings. Led by Sam or Katrina.

For the Little Ones

Three Weekly Kids Classes — Plus Camp B3

As we celebrate various holidays, seasons, and sometimes just friendship, our kids parties are an awesome way to introduce yoga to them — paired with fun activities, dance games, prizes, snacks, crafts, and more. Camp B3 is a summertime romp with art, yoga, games, and themed weeks. All membership holders save big.

Sleepy Time Yoga for Kids

Tuesday 6:15 pm. Calming bedtime-style yoga, ages 4 and up.

Fun Fit for Kids

Wednesday 6:00 pm. Yoga, movement, and games for younger children.

Youth Yoga Flow

Friday 6:00 pm. Structured flow for older kids and pre-teens.

Camp B3 (seasonal)

Summer camp with themed weeks — art, yoga, mindfulness, and friendship-building. Members save big.

Sound Bath at B3

Tuesday evenings (Yin Yoga + Sound Bath, 7:30 pm) and Sunday evenings (Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath, 7:15 pm). Crystal bowls, calming voice, weighted blankets — built for nervous system reset.
