Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website and services of B3 Yoga and Wellness Center, LLC (“B3”, “we”, “our”, “us”) at 2370 Plainfield Rd, Crest Hill, IL 60403, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of B3's website, online booking, and in-studio services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

B3 provides yoga classes, group fitness classes, kids' wellness programming, art and talk therapy (via B3 Therapy, PLLC), massage therapy, energy healing, hair and scalp therapy, and wellness coaching. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Class and service bookings may be made by contacting the studio directly. Drop-ins are welcome (cash preferred for unbooked drop-ins). Memberships auto-renew at the cadence selected at signup. Refund and cancellation terms for memberships and packages are provided at point of sale.

4. Health & Safety

You are responsible for your own physical condition while attending classes or services. Disclose any injuries, conditions, or pregnancies to your instructor or therapist before participating. Modifications are available — never push beyond your limits. By attending, you assume the inherent risks of physical activity.

5. Therapy Services

Counseling, art therapy, and ADHD coaching are clinical services provided by Dr. Brittany Bishop, LCPC, ATR-BC, ADHD-CCSP, through B3 Therapy, PLLC. These services are subject to applicable Illinois professional licensure and HIPAA standards. A separate informed consent and privacy practices notice applies to therapy clients.

6. Code of Conduct

B3 is an inclusive, judgement-free space rooted in ahimsa (do no harm). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is disrespectful, harassing, or threatening to staff, instructors, or other members.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, photography, course materials, and program designs are the property of B3 Yoga and Wellness Center, LLC. Do not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, B3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
