What Is Reiki & Energy Healing?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique based on the principle that a practitioner can channel healing energy into a client by means of touch or light hovering — activating the natural healing processes of the body and restoring physical and emotional well-being.
Intuitive energy healing draws on similar principles — working with the subtle energy field of the body to identify and release blockages, restore flow, and support deep relaxation and emotional clarity.
Both modalities are gentle, non-invasive, and fully clothed. They work beautifully alongside other wellness practices — including yoga, therapy, and massage — making them a natural fit within B3's integrated approach to whole-person wellness.

New to energy work? That's completely fine. You don't need any prior experience, beliefs, or preparation — just an openness to rest.
You'll lie fully clothed on a massage table in a calm, quiet room.
The practitioner works with the energy field in and around your body — light or no touch.
Sessions typically run 45–60 minutes.
Many clients report a deep sense of calm, warmth, tingling, or emotional release.
There's no "right" experience — every session and every person is different.
